Registration Data Sheet

Dear Chapter Leader,

Kindly download the registration data sheet for JITO NYC 2024.

Collect the data from your chapter members in the given format, add the data to the sheet, and submit the registration data sheet back to us through the Registration Submission form (which will be shared with you soon!).

Kindly note:

• Cover a minimum of 10 or more entries per submission.
• Do not repeat any mobile numbers.
• All the fields apart from GST number are mandatory.
• For JITO members, the charges are Rs. 1,000 per person.
• For NON-JITO Jain members, charge are Rs. 1,500 per person.
• Hotel and accommodation charges are mentioned below.

Collect the payment from all the members at your end, and transfer the payment in one go to the account details given below.
